In our quest to promote social entrepreneurship, Twitter has become a powerful tool for our team at SocialEarth. We’ve learned a ton about how to leverage Twitter for social good. We’ve shared articles such as the Top 100 Social Entrepreneurs, businesses, and ideas, how to raise funds on Twitter, and discussed the exciting #socentchat.
In the Top 100 list, we included 19 tweeters to follow for microfinance information, however we know there are many, many more. So in during the past few months, we’ve connected with many individuals and organizations on Twitter invovled with microfinance and wanted to share our list with you.
What follows is a list of 113 twetters who are invovled in or support microfinance, microcredit, and other initaitves aimed at improving the lives’ of the poor via improved access to capital. This list is meant to be dynamic, so please add your name to the list!

Thanks for clustering these– I was afraid that I’d just see a list of 100 twitter accounts w/o any further info. More annotation would be useful, and perhaps there are five premiere ones.
