Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass' favor.

I think, the good marketing is important for an online business. It is through marketing that a certain product or service is known. One way to reach out people is through marketing the qxbid products online.

" because contrary to popular belief, the world was not made for only the elite." - How true, Ashley!

I was working in Rajasthan - a state in India, with people living below poverty line. It was a humbling experience. I learnt a lot from the local people - The difference between them and any conference is that their wisdom came out of years of surviving and not from any academic research. There's this essay by a prominent social activist in India - Aruna Roy which might interest you. http://www.mkssindia.org/node/46

I also wanted to thank you for the distinction between social entrepreneurs who are out for profit and those looking to solve a social problem. It's a very subtle yet important distinction.
