There are so many things connected to aerobics, it had become this big industry. The funny thing I heard is a walk for 30 minutes a day is great and does really good for the body.

This is a really cool idea! I know so many people who have had cancer, including my sister. It turns out that medical expenses prohibit survivors from doing many things that could be beneficial, like yoga. Glad to hear there are people out there who care and are addressing this issue!!
