Great opportunities to truly give meaningful gifts that will not pollute the earth or give someone something they don't really want anyway!<br><br>I have decided to give my children "experience-based" gifts this year. (No wasteful wrapping paper, etc.!) They each have things they love to do/skils they would like to attain. So they will receive tickets to performances and gift cards to one on one trainings (i.e. voice lessons) There won't be additional harm to the planet and we won't have more "stuff" in our house to clean up around or dust!<br><br>It is a year to get more creative with gift giving!<br><br>Thanks for the inspiration. I have decided to give my children “experience-based” gifts this year. (No wasteful wrapping paper, etc.!) They each have things they love to do/skils they would like to attain. So they will receive tickets to performances and gift cards to one on one trainings (i.e. voice lessons) There won't be additional harm to the planet and we won't have more “stuff” in our house to clean up around or dust!

It is a year to get more creative with gift giving!
